Balsamic Vinaigrette

A quick whisk up vinaigrette perfect for marinades and salads

- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar Don't skimp here. Better quality=better results
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Shallot minced
- 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3-4 grinds Pepper
Once you've got all garlic and shallot diced, toss em in the mixing bowl with the mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
Whisk all that up and as your whisking, SLOWLY drizzle the olive oil into the bowl, continually whisking so that you create an emulsified dressing.
